4. The Radiant Values Assessment
The Radiant Values Assessment is a free reflection tool for adults 18 and older. It is not a validated psychological test or a diagnosis, and it is not medical, mental health, financial, or religious advice.
What we collect:
- your name and email address;
- the eight values you pick from the list;
- your results, which include your report;
- a record of the consent boxes you ticked.
Sensitive picks.
- Some values on the list, such as Spirituality, may reveal your personal beliefs.
- Every value is optional: you choose which eight to pick, and you can pick any eight.
- We treat these picks as sensitive. We use them only to create your results.
- We never use them for marketing or advertising, and we never sell them.
Your report.
- We create your personal report as a PDF and email it to you.
- We also email you a private link to your online results page, hosted by our assessment provider, ScoreApp. Anyone who has the link can open the page, so please don't forward it if you want your results kept private.
- We do not put your value picks in our email, text, or chat alerts, in web addresses, or in advertising or analytics tools.
- We do not send your assessment answers or results to the business AI tools described in Section 6.
Marketing emails.
- Apart from the emails after a purchase described in Section 8, we send marketing emails only if you tick the separate marketing box, which is never ticked for you.
- You do not need to tick it to get your results.
- You can unsubscribe at any time.
How long we keep it. We keep your assessment answers and results for up to 12 months after we last hear from you. Then we delete them from all of our tools. If you become a client, they move into your private client file (see Section 5).
Your requests. To ask for a copy of your assessment information, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. We handle these requests within 10 business days.
5. Your client file
When you buy an audit, course, program, or advisory service, we keep a private client file for you. It holds:
- what you share with us, such as your intake answers, assessment results, birth date, and session notes;
- the work we create for you, such as your audit report, roadmap, guides, and finished vision board;
- our internal notes about your work together.
We use your file to deliver what you bought, and to build on your earlier work if you continue into another program with us.
Who can see it. Becca Powers® and named members of her team who need it to serve you. Each team member and contractor with access has agreed in writing to keep client information confidential. We deliver your deliverables by email or through your private client portal. We never share your file with other clients.
Our methods stay ours. Your file may include internal notes, scores, and analysis created with The AND Brand™'s proprietary methods. We share the results with you in your deliverables. The methods, scoring, and tools behind them are confidential business information of The AND Brand™.
AI tools. We use AI tools to help draft parts of your deliverables. Becca Powers® and her team review that work. We use only business AI services whose terms do not allow them to use your information to train their models (see Section 6). We use them only with client files and deliverables.
Audit photos.
- Uploading. If your audit includes photos, we ask you to upload a headshot and two photos of your life or leadership through a secure form on our client platform, HighLevel.
- Use. We use your photos only to create your audit and, if it's part of your purchase, your vision board. We don't use AI image tools or face recognition on them.
- Who sees them. Becca Powers® and named team members working on your audit.
- Deletion. Your uploaded photos are permanently deleted within 7 days after your audit is delivered. Finished deliverables that include your photos stay in your client file.
- Never in marketing. We never use your photos in marketing, on social media, or in testimonials without your separate written permission.
Vision board photos.
- Uploading. If your program includes a vision board, you upload your photos through a Google Form, which requires you to sign in with a Google account. Google processes your sign-in under its own privacy policy.
- Use. We use your photos only to create your vision board.
- Deletion. Your uploaded photos, and the working files made from them, are permanently deleted the same day your board is built, and no later than 72 hours after upload.
- The finished board. We keep your finished board, which may include your photos, in your client file.
- Backups. Like any cloud service, our provider may keep deleted data in its backup systems for a short period before it is fully erased; we never restore or use it.
How long we keep it. See Section 11.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here.
Service providers. We use trusted companies to run our business. They process personal information on our behalf and under our instructions:
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel): website hosting, forms, calendars and booking, contact management (CRM), email and text message delivery, and your private client portal.
- ScoreApp: running the Radiant Values Assessment.
- Make: automation that moves information securely between our tools, for example from the assessment into your report and client file.
- PDFMonkey: creating PDF reports. PDFMonkey processes data in the European Union.
- Google Workspace: email, calendars, scheduling, secure file storage, and the Google Forms and Google Slides used for vision board photo uploads and boards.
- Fathom: recording, transcribing, and summarizing calls when everyone on the call agrees.
- Anthropic (Claude Team) and OpenAI (ChatGPT Business): business AI tools we use only with client information, to help with client files and deliverables. Under their business terms, they do not train their models on our data. We do not send Radiant Values Assessment answers or results to them.
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Senja: collecting, storing, and displaying testimonials.
- Vimeo: hosting and playing videos embedded on the Site.
- Zoom: video meetings.
- Voxer, WhatsApp, and Slack: third-party messaging platforms used for program and client communication. Each applies its own privacy policy.
- Porchlight: shipping books you buy from us or that are included with our programs. Porchlight receives your name, shipping address, phone number (used only for delivery), and, if needed, your email address.
- Apollo: business contact data and outreach to event planners and organizations.
Public testimonials. If you sign a testimonial release, your testimonial and the details you approve will be shown publicly.
Legal and safety reasons. We may share information if the law requires it, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our clients, visitors, or business.
Business changes. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
With your permission. We may share information for any other purpose you agree to.
Mobile information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
No sale, no targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. No advertising pixels, including HighLevel's Meta pixel setting, are in use on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
7. Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar tools include pixels, scripts, and local storage. We use:
- Essential cookies and scripts from HighLevel that make pages, forms, pop-ups, and calendars work.
- Analytics and attribution tracking from HighLevel that shows us which pages are visited and how visitors find us.
- Embedded video cookies from Vimeo, which may be set when a video loads or plays. Vimeo uses this data under its own privacy policy.
We do not send your Radiant Values Assessment picks or results to analytics or advertising tools.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop forms, calendars, or videos from working properly.
Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it for targeted advertising in any case.
Do Not Track. There is no common standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, so the Site does not currently respond to them.
8. Emails, text messages, and messaging apps
Emails.
- Marketing. If you opt in by ticking a separate marketing box, we may send you emails about Becca Powers®, The AND Brand™, programs, events, and resources.
- Emails after a purchase. If you live in the U.S. and buy an audit, course, program, or advisory service from us, we may also send you a short series of emails about what you bought, such as how to get the most from your report and an invitation to book a call with Becca Powers® and her team about your next step. We send these even if you did not tick the marketing box. Each one includes an unsubscribe link and our postal mailing address. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending them, along with all other marketing emails.
- Unsubscribing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal mailing address. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Transactional emails. We may still send you these, such as booking confirmations, purchase receipts, your assessment results link, and client portal access emails.
Text messages.
- Who we text. We text clients and people who book calls. Texts come from 844.491.6090. Rescheduling, and anything that needs to reach Becca Powers® directly, happens by text, Voxer, WhatsApp, or email.
- Separate consent. We send texts only with your separate consent, given by ticking the text message consent box. That box is never ticked for you and is separate from email consent.
- What you agree to. By ticking it, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from The AND Brand™ at the number you provided, including booking reminders, rescheduling, service updates, and marketing.
- The details. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of getting your assessment results. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Voxer and WhatsApp. If you choose to connect with us on Voxer or WhatsApp, we use them to message you directly. You can stop at any time by telling us or leaving the conversation.
Program communication. If you join a program, program communication happens in third-party messaging apps such as Voxer, WhatsApp, or Slack. Their own privacy policies apply.
9. Call recordings
Some calls may be recorded and transcribed using Fathom so we can take accurate notes and follow up well.
- We will tell you before a call is recorded and ask for the consent of everyone on the call.
- You may say no, and we will still hold the call without recording it.
- Recordings and transcripts are kept as described in Section 11, and are not published without your separate written permission.
10. Your privacy rights
Your rights, wherever you live in the U.S.
Some U.S. states give residents privacy rights by law. Whether or not a specific law applies to you or to us, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete your personal information.
- Stop using your information for marketing, and opt out of any sale, targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not sell your information or use it for targeted advertising.
If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to the email that tells you our decision. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
